1. How's the print quality and cloth?

We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing techniques to ensure high-quality, durable prints on all our garments. Our clothing is made from premium materials selected for both comfort and longevity. Customer satisfaction is a priority, and we have rarely had complaints about the quality of our clothing.

2. What are the washing instructions?

To maintain the vibrant colors and the integrity of the fabric, we recommend washing the garments in cold water, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean. Tumble dry on a low setting or hang to dry for best results.

3. Do you accept custom requests?

We do not offer custom design modifications; however, we accommodate custom size requests for our regular fit T-shirts. There is an additional charge of 50 Rupees for each size increment above 2XL. Please note, all custom size orders must be prepaid and are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

4. What is your shipping policy?

All India Delivery. Free COD & Free Shipping.  

For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver in 7 working days. 

But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason - it may take longer.

You will be able to track your order using the tracking link provided on your email once the order gets shipped from our warehouse. 

It takes around 10-12 days to deliver in Jammu & Kashmir, and North-East States

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do offer exchanges. You can checkout our exchange policy & instructions. 

6. How can I contact you? I have some other question. 

We aim to reply all your queries within 24 hours on a working day (mostly it is earlier)
